With a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Director of Admissions, hospital liaison, and senior care advocate, I’ve spent my career helping families through some of life’s hardest transitions. From hospital discharges to assisted living placement, memory care decisions, rehab planning, and long-term care support, I understand both the medical side and the emotional side of these decisions.
I started this company after seeing too many families feel overwhelmed, rushed, and unsure of where to turn. Too often, people were leaving the hospital, facing sudden health changes, or trying to make major decisions about a loved one’s care without clear guidance or real support.
I knew there had to be a better way—one built on trust, honest conversations, strong relationships, and helping families make informed decisions instead of rushed ones.
As both a healthcare professional and a mother, I understand how important it is to know your loved ones are safe, supported, and receiving the care they deserve. My goal is to make the process feel clearer, calmer, and a whole lot less stressful.
